Face it ladies, the cosmetic industry is growing and the competition is fierce.  Open any magazine and your bound to find the latest “it” product with a cleverly created ad campaigns subtly telling you why you need to spend $27 on lip gloss.  What’s a smart girl (that still wants to sport a sexy pout) to do?

Try e.l.f. (Eyes, Lips, Face)– a new company that sells their entire line of cosmetics for $1.00 each.  Having myself spent $27 on lip gloss (admittedly more then once), I was very skeptical.  How could a product that cost as much as a pack of mints prove to be as good or better than the others?

Style Envy put e.l.f. Plumping Lip Glaze to the test. Promises of a more provacative pout a-la Jolie can cost as much as $50. The lip enhancers I’ve tried have left my lips with an uncomfortable stinging sensation, mainly due to the ingredients used.  While my lips may have appeared fuller, they felt tight.  e.l.f. Plumping Lip Glaze felt different – very fresh, minty and cool, like a breeze or rubbing a piece of ice across your lips. The scent is minty, come-hither and lasting.  The glaze is made up of two sides; one with a sheer tinted color for subtle contouring and light plump and the other a clear gloss that power plumps your lips.  I immediately felt the plumping sensation.  My lips looked fuller and felt soft and moist, not sticky and stingy.  The Plumping Lip Glaze is available in shades like Baby Doll, Ruby Kiss, Oasis, Fire Coral, Plum Pout and more.  I tried Baby Doll (60208) a soft petal pink with a minty taste.

e.l.f. Plumping Lip Glaze gets 5 stars for delivering on quality, claim, results and being super affordable.   Keep your lips and your wallet plumped.  Try one today.
